Meet Christie

I help leaders and organizations navigate complexity, change, and growth through a neuroscience-informed, relational approach to leadership.

With more than twenty years of experience in workforce and organizational development, I have partnered with leaders across nonprofit, mission-driven, public, and faith-based organizations to strengthen people, teams, and systems.

As an organizational development practitioner, doctoral scholar in organizational and leadership psychology, and ordained minister, I bring together leadership practice, neuroscience, and human-centered care to support sustainable leadership and organizational health.

My work is especially focused on helping leaders and organizations carrying the weight of service, care, and community impact.
